CORE Counseling and Consulting was founded in 2017 with a clear mission: make high-quality mental health care genuinely accessible in Medina County and beyond. What started as a focused practice has grown into a team of 16+ licensed professionals serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across Ohio.

Our founder, Julia Copley, LPCC-S, LSC, RPT-S™, brings over two decades of experience working with young clients and their families. Her background in play therapy and clinical supervision has shaped the culture of CORE — one where every clinician is committed to ongoing learning and evidence-based practice.

We serve individuals from all backgrounds, including families navigating divorce, custody changes, and court-involved situations. We work closely with local county courts and child welfare services throughout Medina County.
