Sandwiches and Handhelds

  • Two uniquely-seasoned 3 oz. patties topped with American cheese, bacon, bourbon-pickled jalapeño peppers, and smoked blue cheese crema; served with roasted potatoes.

  • Buttermilk and basil-brined and breaded chicken breast topped with summer-sweet marinara, gooey cheese, banana pepper relish and served with seasonal side salad.

  • Herby chicken salad with avocado and lettuce and served on a house-made focaccia bun.

    GF Option served without a bun OR on GF bread.

  • Sliced ham, savory bacon-onion jam, sweet mustard sauce, and melted provolone on a ciabatta roll or GF bread and served with kettle chips.

  • Poached chicken breast, wild rice salad, red pepper aioli, feta, and fresh greens in a flour wrap and served with kettle chips.

  • Giant white beans long-simmered with miso and garlic confit, topped with roasted local asparagus and an exclamatory tomato-onion sambal.

  • Mixed berries, roasted and shaved beets, and cucumber atop mixed greens with a lemon-yogurt dressing and flavorful pistachio crumble.
